Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to premium services at Landiffy. This Refund Policy describes our practices around refunds, cancellations, and disputes regarding your subscription or one-time utility fees.

Subscription Services

For sellers subscribing to our "Pro Seller" or "Enterprise" tiers, the subscription is billed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis depending on your plan. All subscription charges are strictly non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Seller Dashboard or by contacting customer support. If you choose to cancel, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. However, no prorated refunds will be issued for partial usage of functionality.

Disputed Charges

If you believe that a billing error has occurred, you must contact our support team at hello@landiffy.in within 7 days of the charge date. If our team verifies the error, we will promptly refund the respective amount back to your original payment method. The refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Account Termination

If your account is terminated by Landiffy due to a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent property listings, spamming), no refund will be provided for any remaining days of your active subscription.
